I have a Bing Crosby Gemmy Pop Culture Series animated "doll" that sings. He is AMAZING and a family treasure. I don't know why but his mouth stopped moving this Christmas and I am just crushed. This is the one thing that matters most to me at Christmas as it brings me closer to my deceased father. Is there any place I can get Bing fixed? I don't care where he has to go as long as I can get him fixed. He is my everything. Can you help please? Thank you and Happy New Year

I have had my Bing have the same thing happen. I did repaired it my self . There is a string that works his mouth attached to the motor.You need to remove the head and you are able to repair it.I could fix it for you.john
I am in Lancaster County PA. I can't say how much until I see if it's the same problem. The same thing happened with my Douglas Fir The Talking Tree I got off eBay last weekend. Would you be able to help me out, jmm? I would much rather get him fixed by someone who actually knows how to do this kind of stuff, which I really don't. Could you help me out here?
The mechanical workings of these dolls are not that complicated, I have repaired a Dean martin and a Rodney Dangerfield, each with non working mmouths, really the hardest part of the repair is getting the staples out of the neck, it takes time ans be careful.
