Report "I have a bissell powerforce helix model 1700U.barely had it a year. Recently it stopped suctioning into the canister. I took it apart and cleaned the canister, filter and other associated parts as well a the black hose. i also checked the belt. After all of this it still does not suction into the canister. i even used the hose attachment and it picks up stuff but stays in the holse. what else could i check"
