I have a bissell proheat
My daughter borrowed it and now when I turn it on it has this loud noise inside like something is stuck and then it starts this burning smell. How do I open it or should I just take it to the repair store?

I would take it to a repair shop and have them look at it, most of the newer models are not serviceable by the consumer and would void any warranty if there is one, but most of all, don't let your daughter borrow ANYTHING. And have her pay for it!
