Report "I have a Blu Advance phone. Yesterday, I noticed that the icons were disappearing, and when I recovered them, I tried to open them up, but they kept crashing. Everything on the phone just kept crashing. I rebooted twice, and took the battery out twice, and it still happened. I rebooted again, and now, when I turn the phone on, it doesn't go past the Blu logo with the light. When I plug it in to try to charge it, the computer says something about the driver. What is going on, and what can I do?"
