Hi! The CCD imager unit is damaged and has to be replaced. It could get quite expensive, it may be cheaper buying a new one instead of repairing this one. You can call Kodak and see how much they ask for CCD replacement. If they ask too much and you're ready to send it to me (to Latvia), I could replace it for cheaper.
I see the CCD unit comes together with the lens so it's very expensive - about 300$ for the lens itself, but I have a spare unit at work (ordered lens for a warranty job but I kept the CCD), so I could make it for ~$50.
