You will have to check for were the brake and coolant is leaking from by looking for the leaks.with the brakes it could be the lines a wheel cylinder a flex hose even the master cylinder itself.once you have found the leak replace the affected part and bleed the system.with the coolant leak look as well and you might have to fill the system and pressure test the cooling system to find the leak then repair as needed.the shifting check the transmission fluid level and condition it should be a redish colour and not dark brown or black and not a burnt smell to it.if it does then you may have a transmission problem that will have to have a shop repair.if its just low and slightly dicoloured changing the fluid and filter may take care of it.
