On the circuit board the three closest resistors to R57 and R52 are apparently burned out. Three right in a row. The application is low end to background music in a funeral home! Not a very taxing sort of thing.

Resistors in sound system tend to burn out with short circuits or bad speaker wires.
The best thing to do get it repaired is to contact the maker of the device and they well let you have the number of the authorised service centre for where you live.
