I have a camera IXY digital 930 IS, The problem is the Lens is not going back or going inside or it stack on out side of camera, have an error of Lens error, restart camera. please help me

There is enough dirt/dust/grease on the outside of the lens that it takes an excessive amount of power to retract it. To avoid damage, the process of retraction aborts. Take a Q-tip, and some denatured alcohol, and dip one end of the Q-tip into the alcohol, and rub it everywhere on the outside of the retractable part of the lens, to try to clean the surface.
