Report "I have a Caterpillar 277B that is throughing a fit. First it would start up, parking lights for Brake and seat flashing. It would not move or let me operate the Bucket arms up or down, I called everybody but GOD, was told to try all kinds of stuff ( unpluging and pluging back in relays ) Took battery cables of and put back on too ! And now it won,t even start. I need help !!"
