Report "I have a ceramic top, 4-plate hob, with 'touch' buttons on the RH side. It is a NEFF T1571. Initially, each hotplate will work, but as soon as it starts to heat up, they back down power, from high (12) and count down to about 3 then simply turn off. I tried another hotplate, and the same thing happened. Now all 4 are doing it.? If I turn them off and let them cool, it starts all over again, starting on 12 then rapidly counting down and each one turning off. I don't thing the problem is linked to any individual hotplate or even the touch pads as it's the same on all 4 hotplates. Typically, it's Christmas day in 2 days time and it looks like I'll have to cook everything in the ovens.! Any ideas guys. Thanks, Will"
