Report "I have a Chamberlain Elite Gate Operator. Power is being supplied to the unit and battery is also charging properly. Tested with volt meter. Is there a way to checkout the mother board ( i'm thinking that's the problem) before i purchase a replacement unit? Gate operator reacts to remote control and manual "open" button inside the operator on the "control panel". "open relay" keeps clicking and disengaging, like the gates trying to open but doesn't open"
