Installed new 1TB HD in computer before upgrading download software (Compass 2.0). I have the same CIA 2400 Modem as before, phone line is up and running. Alarms panels answer just like that always did before. Then modem releases line and I get the message box (CSID did not match or panel has release line do to noise.

I have the same issue which has leads me to beleive it is a issue with the new compass software.
ps. I had updated and downloaded all latest patches
