I have a claim that denied as a duplicate, but it is not. Medicare adjusted the claim and billed a corrected claim. How do I get this reprocessed?
Claim 001S30218F8349700 dated 09/06/2018-Patient Keith Helmhout. Medicare adjusted claim on 10/09/2018. $64.57 was the new balance to the provider.
