I have a Clarke 2000B air compressor that we got for Christmas. Upon removing it from the box, one of the plastic wheels was broken. I have tried emailing Clarke with no response. Not sure where to go from here

Take it back to the store where purchased with the sales slip and exchange it,if not possible,then clarke is made by ingersol-rand corp. call them
