I have a Coleman 400 series hot tub. It will not heat temp is stuck on 55 F . I have set the Temp to 104 but it still will not heat . We have turned off the breaker hoping to reset everything but that did not work. Filter 2 is also showing on the display. We took the filter out to pressure wash it to make sure nothing was clogged in it . Put the filter back in , we are still getting the same readings on the display . What could the problem be ?

Filter 2 should be an automatic filter cycle. If you have it set to 104 and the actual temp is cooler than 2 degrees, you should have a "Heat Call". Do you see any indicators that heater is on? Do you see any other messages - error messages/codes? If no codes, and heat indicator is on - most likely you have a bad heater element. 2nd possibility is bad heater relay on the circuit board. If your sensor is bad, you should see an error code, or error indicator, (If not completely digital display) any blinking lights?

Check to make sure all the jets are open, this can cause a restriction, that makes the tub think its the filter
