I keep getting error message 2908, can you help???? I am trying to install Direct x 9 so I can play Roller Coaster Tycoon 3, but when the installation is about 90 percent complete this exact message comes up - "The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing the package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2908." I have a database CD wherein there's Report & mailing software. After the search is completed & the desired information is sought & displayed, i try sending emails directly from the database CD. While i type out the message or copy, paste any message into the given columns, all of a sudden the software stops responding & a message gets popped up saying 'Kindly insert the CD & restaret the application'. I am unable to use the CD & don't know how to solve the problem. Is there anybody who can help me solve this problem.
