I have a DCS Model MO-24SS. The other day I was heating something up and I heard a small pop. I went to the microwave and the fan wasn't spinning and the turntable stopped but the light was still on inside and the counter was counting down. The microwave was manufactured in 4/05 and I have only used it for the past two years as I bought the item and kept it in a box while we had remodeled the kitchen. I also rarely use it so maybe I have 300 total use hours. What could be problem?
