I have a defy model number wtl13019w washing machine top loader the machine washes fine but when it gets to the spin cycle spins in the beginning but gets unbalanced and hits the side and stops and gives a error message can you please help

Springs are worn out on the drum & unbalancing loads
Are youbtalking about the springs on the top of the four poles that surround the drum those springs
And if possible do you known where i can get those parts and how much plus minus they cost
