I used to have the same problem when i wass trying to listen to a song or watch a video it always appear disk error and is beacuese i think that i put file that maybe wasnt working wellwhat i did to fix it is to format the disk and it will automatically fix that problem if u dont kno how to do that just follow theses steps
1.-go to my computer
2.-right click over the removable disk then look for format
after you find that click it and then a window is going to appear click start and after you finished doing that put a song to try it and then come back over here and tell me if this worked for you =]
