Report "I Have A Direct Plus R15 DVR Box From Direct Tv It Shuts Off Frequently And Then I Cant Get It To Come Back On. The Power Button Doesnt Work, Neither Does The Reset Button. I Uplug It For Several Mins And Wiggle The Box Around And It Comes Back On. But It Says Your Reciever Is Starting Up Then Cuts Off Then Goes Through The Start Up Several Times To No Avail. It Doesnt Even Get To The Point Where I Can Watch Tv Before It Cuts Off And Then After Hours And Hours Of This Process It Will Come On. System Test Shows Everything Is Fine But No More Than A Half Hour Later It Cuts Off Again And I Have To Repeat This Long Process Over Again. Customer Service Is NO Help To Me This Is The Second Box To Do This They Just Sent This One It Worked Fine For The First Day But The Following Morning After Receiveing The Box And Hooking Everything Up It Has Been Giving Me H***. Please Please Help :("
