I have a dirt devil platinum force carpet shampooer,bought it at the beginning of august this year. The sprayer seems to have stopped spraying from the main tank. The shampoo tank is letting the soap out but the main tank isnt emptying at all Can you help me fix this problem?

as it is 2018 and only march, it is not possible to have a problem with a machine not yet made
Besides the point , it is under warranty so take it to a service agent for a warranty repair
