I have a dolphin cleaner that is not working. The power supply voltage drops from 37 VDC to about 4 VDC when the cleaner is plugged in. It previously had a severed power cable that was repaired. I saw a charred 2 watt resistor on the power supply circuit board that I replaced with a 0.1 resistor, but it still drops the voltage when the cleaner is plugged in. Thoughts? Cleaner or power supply? Schematic available? Thank you,

PCB stands for 'printed circuit board'. It is the green board that the recepticle wires trace back to. It is feed by two or three wires coming over from the bridge rectifier inside the power supply.PCB stands for 'printed circuit board'. It is the green board that the recepticle wires trace back to.
