Report "I have a DSS Player 2002. I just bought a RS 27 Foot Control switch. I've plugged it into the port but can't seem to get it to activate. I've even taken my computer and the switch to a computer shop and they couldn't get it to activate. The only thing they told me was I could buy a PC Transcription kit (AS-2300) to enable it to work. But a few years ago I borrowed a foot switch and it worked on my computer without any extra software. I have a window XP computer. I would apprecitate any help you can give me"
