I have a Dynex DX46L150A11 flat screen. Recently it has had 2 problems. 1. The picture breaks into vertical lines like a scrambled image. It doesn't happen always & often goes away
2. The right 1/3 of screen is darker & the right edge of the picture is slightly distorted. I looked online & there were some suggestions to replace the Tcon board. Any advice would be appreciated.
