Try to "power cycle" the TV. Unplug its power, hold down one of the buttons located physically on the TV for 10-20 seconds and then plug it back up and attempt again. If that fails, time to see if you have a protection plan from best buy. Don't bother calling Dynex if your 1yr manufacturer warranty has expired.
