I have a Dyson dc15 animal which the beater bar does not work. Motor and switch were tested and work, removed any obstruction from bars and engaged the clutch and still not working. Any suggestions?

It has to be something to do with how the bar is fixed into the machine. Take it out wipe down where the bar should be located and refit
There is a motor just for the beater bar, and a belt that connects the motor to the beater bar...either your motor is bad or your belt is broken
