I have a elderly lady that asked me to look at her freezer and see why it not working well i have cleaned it and checked all gaskets and to see if there is any power problems but nothing. I can get it the insides cool but nomadier what i put the settings on it just gets cool. i would like to help this lady because she has a lot of stuff she frezzes

It sounds like a compressor issue either the unit has lost pressure on the free on side, bad compressor, low free on or gases, or cooling fan for the compressor to keep it cool stoped working. thanks
