I have a Fantom Titanium II 500 GB external hard drive. It is not being recognized on any of my Windows 7 computers (64 bit Gateway and 32 bit Lenovo). The light on the drive is a constant blue. I tried disconnecting it, turning it off, rebooting the computer but with no success. I got a brief message once that there was a problem with the driver for my USB external drive but I don't know where to find the drivers for this
