I have a fire TV stick, which runs over Wi Fi, trouble with buffering, freezing up, so got an adaptor and hooked up to my router with cat cable, freezes up my internet phone, any suggestions thanks

Your buffering is from slow or weak network need booster or up speed --adapter drawing more of wifi then other devices and possible phone not compatible with adapter
