I have a floor fan with a bad capacitor. its a 1.5uF +-5% 450V. can i replace capacitor with a 33 uF 250 ~ 275 V capacitor ? or with some other one that i got ?

No, the capacity is way too high.... get a capacitor of at least 1,5 uF or up to max 4 uF if you happen to have one lying around

You will need to have one with the same voltage...450V and it will need to be a 1.5 or 2 uF for it to work...
