Report "I have a Franklin Chef FIM70 that used to be perfect. It now makes the ice too big and the sides touch and freeze together causing the back row not to come off the and clogging up the ice making area. This in turn freezes up the entire top portion where the ice is made. This turns it into a huge block of ice that takes a few cycles to melt the ice away and start again. But it still makes too big of ice cubes and the cycle starts all over again. I did take off the cover and turned the ice size counterclockwise to make sure it's at the smallest setting, but to no avail"
