I have a Gaggia Titanium that is six years old. I descaled for the first time and went through the entire process.. After it rinsed I put it all back together. When I flushed the steam wand, some nasty looking stuff came out and then it became plugged. I tried priming the unit with the pump, i tried descaling it again all to no avail. It make coffee but the steamer is plugged. When i use it the water discharges into the tray. Help!

HI Sorry, but you have 6 years of scale that has been broke loose and is now plugging your lines. You are going to have to take you machine apart and blow out all your lines and also the boilers with air pressure to clear the lines. Descaling is one of the most important things you can do for your machine. Your lucky that your machine went 6 years. Most don't.
