I have a GB INstruments GMT-19A. I want to measure current under 500ma. Scale selections are 500ma, 50ma, and 5ma. The scale readings include 250, 50, 10. What scale reading do I use to read the results for each ma scale selection?

The manual says that when reading measurements taken with the meter on the 500mA range, the 250 scale is used, and the values indicated by the pointer are to be doubled in this situation.
You can find the manual for the GMT-19A here. Section 5 (page 9 & 10) details use of both the Amp and mA ranges and scales of the meter.
