Report "I have a GBC 4250 laminator and the power cut off mid laminating. Husband and I opened it up, replaced the fuse and figured out the safety switch for the deck to be in place was bad so he bypassed that safety switch. Yay, we now have power. So I turned it on and let it heat up only to find out that the variable speed is not working. It seems to be stuck at the highest speed. Any help would be greatly appreciated"
