The procedure is as follows:-- The intermittent F7 problems are usually caused by poor connections. So pull the ribbon connector off the control board and clean the copper connectors using a pencil eraser. Then reconnect every thing back and check.Most of the time it gets reset and starts working.But take care you do this procedure very slowly and carefully. But if in case this procedure is not helping then, Check out for any stuck up buttons on the control panel.If all buttos look proper then to rectify the problem Follow this procedure as follows:--- To identify the problem , Unplug the power to the range and Then disconnect the ribbon connector that connects the touch pad of the electronic range control (ERC) board. Then re-apply the power without connecting the ribbon connector to the board.And let it sit that way for 24 hours after that turn the unit On and check .For the error code on the oven. If no error code comes up , then the touch pad is the problem. If, on the other hand, the F7 error code came back, then the (ERC) was the culprit. Now to replace the faulty part you will require the replacement parts.
