I have a GE Washing Machine and I have a small drip coming from the spout that the water comes out of and accumulates at the bottom. We did the wash yesterday and this morning I noticed a little water in the bottom. What can I do to stop it? If I go on vacation I know a a leak could be catastrophic. I know I can shut the water off when not in use but that seems like not fixing the issue. Thanks

Put Teflon tape on the threads of the connection and see if that works. If it doesn't then get new hoses
It is actually dripping into the machine not on the floor or in the back of the machine. How would teflon tape fix that?
