I have a Grohe 32362 AVO bath faucet that began to show signs of slow water flow (both hot and cold). I turned the water supply valves off and then full "on" and then water flow ceased entirely? The water flow remains off regardless of water flow valve position. What do I need to do to fix?

Hi, the fault is probably from a tempering valve, on the inlets (hot and cold feeds to the tempering valve) there are little filters that block up easily undo the connections to the tempering valve remove the filters and clean them
