I have a Grohe Europlus faucet . It's around 5 years old . It is leaking at the bottom where it connects with the surface of the granite . What do I ned to do
1. Leaking Hose 2. Loose handle 3. Worn out washer between handle and hose 4. O-rings inside the column 5. Loose water supply lines at the body connection
First make sure the handle is firmly screwed in into the hose socket with good washer between the handle and seat of the hose. If that connection leaks then it leaks inside the body of the faucet and down to your cabinet. 50% of time this is the problem.
Due to the age of the faucet I would also suspect the O-rings inside the column. When you install new O-rings than you have to apply the grease so you don't clip them while installing column collar.

Nice faucet. The cause of leak can be:

3. Worn out washer between handle and hose
4. O-rings inside the column
5. Loose water supply lines at the body connection
