I have a Grundfos UP15-10 B5?TLC recurlating pump> Had to replace hot water heater. Had plenty of hot water. Turned Grundfos pump on and now have very little hot water . Could the pump have gone bad after the switch over?

Pump can be bad or clogged with debris loosened when pipes were moved.
Check installation, and check if crossover valve is installed correctly
Check if single-handled faucets are good
