Open it up and see what movement is inside, Gucci Buy their movements, as they are NOT watch makers but a fashion designer. I would expect to see an ETA automatic 2836/2 or similar. The ETA is a Swiss made movement, ETA supply movements for many good watch brands, such as Tag Heuer, early Breitling, Raymond Weil, Fortis, Ebel & the list goes on. Very easy to work on and spare parts are easy to obtain. Great work horse movement is the ETA, hence why everyone else uses them, not just Swatch. Not sure your watch would have a serial number, not all watches have them. Just because you can’t see one or it doesn’t have one, it doesn’t mean it’s fake. If you pop the back off, take a photo of the movement and send it to me at [email protected] or if you can place it on here, do so, but I’m guaranteed to see it if you email it to me. Gucci watches are around £400/£600 range, so should be a good solid watch. Does it sound solid when you shake it? It shouldn’t squeak or rattle too much at that money. The crystal should be AR coated (anti reflective) Also use a magnifying glass to look at the dial for imperfections, there should be none. QC at Gucci is tight, so look carefully at the dial. Hope this helps
