I have a Haier 5.8 cu.ft refg. model HSL06WNAWW and I can't get the freezer compartment down to -20 C without freezing things in the regf compartment. Is this refg capable of this. I need the freezer to maintain -20 C and the refg compartment to maintain 3 to 4 degrees Celsius

This refridge has only one thermostat. It controls both freeze and refridge. There is no way to do what you are asking. You have to adjust so your refridge does not freeze and your freeze does not melt. This happens to most units with only one thermostat.
