I HAVE A HANNS SG MONITOR JW199D WHAT IS HAPPENING IS: the OSD NEVER LEAVES THE SCREEN! IT BLINKS I PRESS 1 FOR EXIT BUT IT RETURNS. DO I NEED A DRIVER ? I HAVE NOT A CLUE WHAT TO DO TO GET THIS BLUE BOX OFF MY SCREEN WHILE I DO MY WORK.. PLEASE HELP! THANKS

There is no need for drivers at your problem. Just check out the area around the buttons (and the buttons) for "locked in press status" case. In other words I suppose that one of the buttons is pressed and keeps the OSD on. Try pushing them to feel the click of the button.
