I have a Hayward 400 BTU natural gas heater that was installed new about 3 months ago. We have used it 3-4 times. The service light is now on and it will not operate. What can I do to repair?

Turn off power to the unit and see if it clears,if not there a trip switch under the cover with a red button this will reset the machine
