I have a Heath Zenith outdoor coach light model 4160. The motion detector switch failed after about 6 months. I don't want this problem again so please tell me how to bypass the motion detector so that the light will work by the main switch to the light. Thank you. [email protected]

By pulling it apart and following the circuit path it should be fairly apparent how to 'bridge out' the faulty PIR sensor.
If it is not, or you are not sure, then (no offence), you really shouldn't be playing with it. Some units are transistor bypass and some are relay. Cheers
