Yea, yea, yea. All of the directions are great, but I bought two (2) of these #LW28080 timers at the same time at Lowes. Both are exactly alike.... dead! The red lighted switch on the side is lighted and stays on, doing nothing. That's it, that's all. Everything is dead! Receptacles stay dead. No readout, no nothing! All I can read on the blogs or in the so-called instructions is the startup steps...., plug it in for 10+ minutes, paper clip to set the reset, and so........ There is absolutely NO display in the window... on neither timer, never! I cannot get a straight answer from the factory website or the public, just the startup procedure which does nothing. At 1:30pm Central Time, Thursday, 6-1-17, I called Customer Service and got a telephone recording that says to call back during "regular" business hours of 10am-6pm EST, M-F! This is a Mickey Mouse piece of dog droppings, manufactured by a Mickey Mouse company!Yea, yea, yea.
