I have a Honda Civic Coupe EX 2008. Although I don't think this has anything to do with my problem, I want you to know I just got a motor mount replaced. My problem is that my Malfunction lamp indicator light is on, and it seems that everytime I slow down to stop or idle at a red light my car wants to stall. It has not stalled yet, but I feel it will here soon. I have read that it can be something so simple, to I shouldn't drive my car at all until I see my dealer! Please help me!!

Sure all cars repairs can be simple, (eg. wire connector falls off)
why not connect any scan tool and the failure.
The CEL glowing, means, IM SICK scan me so i can tell you what i see, called ERRORS.)
the tool costs $9
now my wild guess, the EGR vavle sticks open and engine wants
to stall and P040x is stored, (thrown we call it)
i clean it for $1 and its now happy.
The FSM covers this. get it and read it, or pull the codes and post them or take it to any ASE mechanic.
