I have a household LPG 16 H instant hot water which is not igniting but I can hear it sparking, there is plenty of water , perhaps the water pressure is too strong?
Check that the pilot light jet is not blocked or that the jet for the main ring is not blocked . Water pressure has nothing to do with the lighting only the temperature of the water coming out . check that you have gas and that the line hasn't been turned off.
