I have a HP Envy dv7 notebook having a problem with it recognizing my Microsoft Password have changed it but it won't recognize it it recognizes it on my desktop
I charged my laptop n left it charging so got a new one and changed my password on my Microsoft Account but it won't recognize it so I can get on

Why not ask MS this,? it is their OS,
go to the MS, forum and ask, and 1,000,000 did already this year.
what OS is this, xp,vista,w7/8/10? we can not guess that.
