Please consider what you are asking here ... you have a safe that worked for years ... now it doesn't work possibly because you keyed in the wrong combo ... ?? Who knows ... Is your safe "safe"? Do you think you can find the combo here on the WWW for a couple bucks? If you could, how "safe" would your safe really be? Now then, please don't get mad at me for saying this ... You asked for help and I will try to give you some.
Do you have an emergency entrance key? Some models of this make offered such a feature ... does yours? Where is your key? If you don't have the key or is there is no such feature, you will have to engage the services of a professional locksmith who specializes in electronic safes such as yours. It may be time for a overhaul anyway. If there is a mechanical key over ride, get extra keys.
If there is any such thing as a default factory number, you (nor any other owner) want the number published on the WWW where literally millions of people will find it ... and ... be able to open your safe.
