I have a ION iTTUSB turntable. When i record a vinyl record to my computer hard drive i am only getting the left track. This can also be seen on the computer screen while the computer program is running, The right channel bar graph has little to no signal while the left channel bar graph has good signal. What do i need to do to correct the problem? Thanks, Rocco

It sounds like you've connected it to the computer's MIC input instead of LINE IN input.
Check your sound card connectors. The icon for LINE IN will be an arrow pointing in to three curved lines. More-or-less like this:
